Built for tough Nordic wood

Built on experience. Driven by strength. Engineered in Denmark.

In the Nordic region, we have worked with the forest's timber for generations.

We know the heavy logs, the gnarled wood and the hard work that goes with it. Firewood-Machine has been developed through the interaction between many years of practical experience in tree felling and the expertise of skilled Danish engineers in design, hydraulics and modern machine building.

FROM THE POWER OF THE FOREST TO NORDIC ENGINEERING

My name is Claus Bach Wærnskjold.

Over many years as a professional logger and contractor, I have handled large logs and difficult pieces of wood that standard firewood processors often struggle to process.

The same challenge presented itself again and again:

Too much heavy work.
Processing is too slow.
Too much valuable timber that went to waste.

I therefore decided to build the machine that I myself needed.

The first ideas were sketched on paper and later turned into steel in my own workshop on Lolland. Each part has been developed based on practical experience and with one clear purpose:

Turning large, difficult-to-handle logs into valuable firewood – quickly, safely and efficiently.

The Firewood-Machine is still under development, but the direction is clear: We want to build a strong, simple and reliable machine for professional users in Denmark and the rest of the Nordic region.

WHY FIREWOOD MACHINE?

BUILT FOR THE JOB THAT OTHER MACHINES SHY AWAY FROM

The Firewood-Machine has been designed for large logs, knotty wood and irregular pieces, which require both power and control.

Controlled power

A powerful hydraulic system and the specially developed X-splitting wedge translate raw power into efficient splitting.

More wood. Less waste.

Large and difficult pieces of wood can be processed into valuable firewood instead of ending up as waste or woodchips.

Designed for professionals

The machine has been developed for loggers, arborists, contractors and firewood producers who work with large quantities of timber.

Built to last

Robust components and a splitting blade made from Hardox steel ensure high wear resistance and a long service life in demanding working conditions.

SEE THE POWER AT WORK

It’s not enough for a machine to look powerful. It has to prove it in the wood.

Follow the progress and watch the Firewood-Machine process large and difficult pieces of wood under real-world working conditions.

A NEW WAY TO TURN WOOD INTO FIREWOOD

Firewood-Machine combines many years of practical experience with modern Danish engineering.

No unnecessary complexity.
No frills.
Pure thoughtful design, controlled power and a machine built for the job it is meant to do.

Developed on Lolland. Built for the Nordic region. Ready for hard work.
