After years of tree felling and handling large volumes of timber, I realized there had to be a better way. Firewood-Machine was created to turn experience from the field into a powerful and efficient firewood processor built in Denmark.
My story
My name is Claus Bach Wærnskjold.
For many years I have worked as a professional tree surgeon and contractor in Denmark. Every week I cut down trees, handle large logs and transport timber from customer sites.
Over time, I noticed the same challenge again and again.
Large pieces of wood were difficult and time-consuming to process. Existing solutions were often expensive, complicated or simply not designed for the way many professionals actually work.
Instead of accepting the problem, I decided to build my own solution.
What started as sketches on paper slowly became a prototype in my workshop. Every part of the machine has been developed based on real-world experience from handling wood every day.
Firewood-Machine is not a project created in an office.
It is built by someone who works with trees, wood and machinery every day.
Today the prototype is nearing completion, and the goal is simple:
To create one of the most efficient and durable firewood processors on the market – engineered and built in Denmark.
